Examples like our Hack-a-Thon, an AI-focused, employee-led resource group, or using GenAI for sourcing on LinkedIn, showcased the practical applications of AI and its positive impact on employees’ daily lives.

With AI, the possibilities are truly endless. AI can continue to revolutionize the employee experience, from personalized learning and development opportunities to predictive analytics that help us better understand and address employee needs.
One of the real-world examples shared during the webinar was how DailyPay is directly addressing employees’ needs for better financial wellness. The data science team heard from employers that their employees wanted more access to financial education and training. So they created an entire consumer financial services department that aims to build robust financial wellness tools and support HR teams in educating their employees.
Currently, they’re working on a feature that helps users forecast their monthly earnings. This kind of insight empowers employees to make informed financial decisions. It’s a prime example of how we’re transforming our business by putting the people who generate the data at the center of our focus.
