DailyPay Announces Director Class of 2022

DailyPay is proud to announce our latest round of Director promotions. These individuals have an integral role in the growth of our organization, and we know that they will continue to innovate and inspire us as their careers evolve. Please join us in congratulating these incredible people for all their hard work and accomplishments!

Alison Stapleton, Director, Strategy and Growth

Alison joined DailyPay in July of 2019 and has since made a huge impact on several organizational initiatives and endeavors. She currently leads the Strategic Business Operations (SBO) strategy and growth endeavors, including projects that drive long-term, company-wide priorities and vision.

Amanda Romeo, Director, Enablement

Amanda joined DailyPay in January 2020 and is an award-winning Enablement practitioner and leader in the industry. Amanda leads the Revenue Training & Enablement team and oversees internal and external training and program management, content and insights, and Revenue programming. Amanda also supports our channel and marketplace initiatives. She has created multiple training programs from the ground up that have catalyzed company revenue growth and fostered a culture of learning.

Caitlin Carey, Director, Large Enterprise Implementations

Caitlin joined DailyPay in April 2019 and has been instrumental in building our technical integrations function and forging a culture focused on expanding our capabilities. Caitlin currently leads DailyPay’s strategic and large enterprise implementation function and has been key to establishing DailyPay as the gold standard in our industry. Caitlin has also been an integral player in onboarding several of our largest partners including Kroger, Target and Aramark. 

Danielle Simon, Director, Enterprise Partnership Management

Danielle started at DailyPay in July 2019 as an Enterprise Partnership Manager. Danielle leads one of our Customer Success teams and creates value-driven partnerships within the Enterprise team and partner base. She is extremely results-driven and has the unique ability to identify gaps in processes and communication.

Gavin Crisafulli, Director, BizOps

Gavin joined DailyPay in February of 2021 and has since made a huge impact on several organizational initiatives and endeavors. He currently leads the Strategic Business Operations (SBO) business operations function, including the responsibility of analysis and management for company-wide initiatives.

Jenny Kavak, Director, Capital Markets

Jenny has been with DailyPay since February 2021. As a member of the Capital Markets team, she is responsible for leading the credit team, which focuses on managing corporate risk to support sustainable revenue growth. During her tenure at DailyPay, she has had several notable accomplishments, including co-leading the refinancing of our Revolving Credit Facility.

Taylor Paone, Director, Employee Experience and Culture

Taylor joined DailyPay in January 2019 and has continued to grow her scope in the organization. Leading Employee Experience and Culture, she built the function and is responsible for all teambuilding and employee experience activities.
