DailyPay is honored to announce that we’ve been chosen as one of FORTUNE’s Best Workplaces in New York for 2021 in the Small-Medium category. It’s a prestigious honor to be recognized alongside ZocDoc, Monday.com and Klarna as a company that ensures its employees consistently have the experiences they deserve.
To determine the companies that would be recognized, FORTUNE worked with Great Places to Work® and analyzed survey data submitted by approximately 45,000 employees. The survey questions focused on the quality of the employee experience in each workplace, especially in terms of trust and the openness for employees to bring their full selves to work. Company values, innovation and strength of leadership were also taken into consideration.

We would like to thank the members of our team who completed this survey for sharing their honest feedback and experiences. Their dedication and commitment to DailyPay over the course of the pandemic was nothing short of inspirational. Watching our team members exemplify our core values on a daily basis, despite the chaos and challenges the pandemic created, truly showed our strength as an organization.
We are also grateful for the employer partners who joined forces with us over the past year and the faith they placed in our technology and our mission. These partnerships enabled us to help a much greater number of users with COVID-related expenses and emergency supplies. By empowering users with access to their DailyPay Pay BalanceTM, we were able to provide a lifeline to help workers through the pandemic.
