NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — DailyPay, the leader in On-Demand Pay, today announced the introduction of a deductions method for On-Demand Pay. Through the deductions option, On-Demand Pay transfers are deducted from the employee's paycheck through a standard payroll deduction. DailyPay is now the only large-scale provider to offer both full-funding and deductions methods.

Building on its scale of 6M+ eligible employees, 2,000+ employer clients and 180+ pre-built integrations, DailyPay offers a fast path for employers to offer On-Demand Pay through an unchanged employee experience. The deductions method provides an additional option for employers, giving them flexibility to configure their On-Demand Pay program for their unique payroll setup. DailyPay integrates with leading Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll and time management systems for a smooth launch experience and no disruption – while maintaining standards of compliance, system stability and user experience.

"Through a decade of experience in On-Demand Pay and more than 150 million annual transfers, we've applied those learnings to launch our deductions method," said Poulomi Damany, Chief Product Officer at DailyPay. "The deductions option gives payroll teams control over employee pay profiles, direct deposits and earnings without disrupting their existing systems. It's a simple way to expand options for employers."

DailyPay's deductions method reinforces the company's mission of modernizing pay and empowering financial freedom for workers, and provides choice for employers. Through best-in-class client implementation, DailyPay delivers a strong rollout from day one and supports employees through 24x7x365 multilingual customer service.

"DailyPay took the time to understand how our payroll operates, and found a solution that works best for us," says DailyPay client Randy Porter, Chief Financial Officer, Villas of Holly Brook Senior Living. "The deductions method fits naturally into our existing setup – employees are able to receive their pay easily, and our payroll team hasn't faced any interruptions into our current setup. It's a win-win for our partnership."
