BrightSpring Health (formerly ResCare) launched as a DailyPay partner on December 15, 2018, with thousands of locations and more than 50,00 employees in 49 states.

BrightSpring was looking for the perfect way to make its employees’ lives a little bit easier and reduce some of their financial worries. BrightSpring was also looking for a way to increase applications for open positions and retain those employees once hired.
