L1 Customer Support Agents
Provide support to our end users through call, chat or email. They are subject matter experts on the DailyPay products and strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction through resolution of tickets.
L2 Customer Support Specialists
Handle escalated tickets and work across teams to investigate individual cases.
Supervisors
Servant leaders who lead agents through coaching and mentorship. They generate an inclusive environment that allows people to be the best versions of themselves so that we can create a superior customer and team member experience.
