DailyPay is honored and excited to announce that we are on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Startup Employers!
Forbes partnered with Statista, the international market research company, to create a second annual list of budding companies in America that are extremely loved by their employees. The original list of 2,500 startups, which were founded between 2011 and 2018 and had at least 50 employees, was narrowed down to 500 based on the following three criteria:
- Employer reputation, which was judged based on articles, blogs and social media posts involving corporate culture, diversity and employee engagement.
- Employee satisfaction, which was judged based on online reviews
- Growth, which was evaluated on website traffic and head counts over two years.
Startups are known to have exciting and promising perks to draw in their employees, something DailyPay prides itself on.
